Angle of incidence = Angle between incident ray and normal = 2angle between incident ray and reflected ray

(as angle of incidence = angle of reflection )

=60°2

=30°

Since the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection,

    ∠i + ∠r = 60°

    ∠i + ∠i = 60°

    2∠i  =  60°

        ∠i = 30°

Therefore the angle of incidence is equal to 30°
