Concept:-Just take out AB in two conditions and eqaute them,,,,u will get the value of CD,and therefore height of building

Solution:-

from the given figure we can say that

Tan45=20/AB

AB=20.......i)

Tan60=(20+DC)/AB

√3=(20+DC)/AB

AB=(20+DC)/√3......ii)

comparing both eqaution we get

20√3=20+DC

DC=20(1-√3)

=20×0.73=14.6m

height of building=14.6+20=34.6m
