Formula :

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

So,

 \frac{(67.542 + 32.458) \times (67.542 - 32.458)}{35.084} \\  \\  =   \frac{(100) \times(35.084) }{35.084}  \\  \\  = 100

100 is the answer
