volume = πr^2h=π×49×20=3077.2cm^2
total surface area = 2πr(r+h)=2π×7(7+20)=1186.92 cm^2

Hope it helps.

the height of the circular cylinder is 20 cm and the diameter of its base is 14 cm so the radius will be 14/2 =7 cm
so its volume will be ---
 \frac{22 \times 7 \times 7 \times 20}{7}  {cm}^{3}  \\  = 22 \times 20 \times 7 \:  {cm}^{3}  \\  = 3080 \:  {cm}^{3}
the total surface are will be ----
 \frac{22}{7}  \times 7(2 \times 20  \:  + 7) {cm}^{2}  \\  = 22 \times 47 \:  {cm}^{2}  \\  = 1034 {cm}^{2}
hope it helps
