Let's assume that it reflects back with the same angle, then...

Impulse = Change in momentum

= p - (-p)

= - 2p

= -2mvCos30

 = - ( 2 \times 15 \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} )


 =  - 15 \sqrt{3} kg \: m |s

Therefore, the impulse is - 15√3 kg m/s.
