The ratio of the surface areas = 9:7 is the right ans
Multiple 6a^2 with 3 for 3 cubes surface area then new ratios are
18a^2=14a^2

when the 3 cubes are together then the resulting length,breadth and height of the cuboid becomes 3s,s and s respectively. So the answer is 7:9
