5x {}^{2}  - 7x + 2

5x {}^{2}  - 5x - 2x + 2

5x(x - 1) - 2(x - 1)

(5x - 2)(x - 1)

x =  \frac{2}{5} and \: x = 1

 \alpha  = \frac{2}{5}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \beta  = 1

 \frac{1}{ \alpha }  +  \frac{1}{ \beta }

 \frac{5}{2}  + 1

 \frac{7}{2}

5x²-7x+2=0

5x² -5x-2x +2 =0

5x(x-1)-2(x-1) =0

5x-2 =0 and x-1=0

x= 2/5 and x= 1
