let the time taken to reach office from his home at 10kmh be t
then 10t distance travelled
now when he travels at 15 he takes 2 hrs less
distance will be 15(t-2) now distance is same for both cases hence
10t=15t-30 or t=6 hrs
so he begins his journey from 7 am and distance from home to office is 10(6)=60kms
so if he needs to reach at 12pm i.e in 5hrs
his speed should be 60/5=12kmh
