I'm going to use a bit of trigonometry here ,the displacement time graph if you look carefully is actually the graph of cos,therefore to obtain the acceleration time graph you'll just have to differentiate this twice.
The differentiation of cos is -sin and the differentiation of -sin is -cos,
Therfore the graph of -cos will be correct ,that is option D
