Given the length of a cuboidal tank = 30cm.

Given breadth of a cuboidal tank = 20cm.

Given the height of a cuboidal tank = 20cm.

We know that volume of a cuboidal tank = l * b * h

                                                                     = 30 * 20 * 20

                                                                    = 12000cm^3.

Given, the tank is placed on a horizontal table and it is 3-Quarters full of Water.

The height of the water = 3/4 * 20

                                         = 15cm.

Now,

Area of the tank which is in contact with water = lb + 2(l + b) * h

                                                                              = 30 * 20 + 2(30 + 20) * 15

                                                                              = 600 + 100 * 15

                                                                              = 2100cm^2.

Therefore the total area of the tank in contact with water = 2100cm^2.

Hope this helps!
