R²=A²+B²+2ABcos∅
20²=(20√3)²+B²+2(20√3)Bcos30
400=1200+B²+40√3B√3/2
400=1200+B²+60B
0=800+B²+60B
On solving the quadratic equation we get,
B=-20 N or -40 N
tan∅=Bsin∅/A+Bcos∅
=-20sin30/20√3-20cos30
=-10/20√3-10√3
=-10/10√3
tan∅=-1/√3
∴∅=30°
