(i) The readings in both spring balance is equal or say same.

(ii) It can be concluded from the above answer that when spring balance A is pulled then at the same time B spring balance is also pushed in same direction in which A , giving some reading to balance B . The same reading is seen in balance A as that of balance B because the spring balance B also pulls the spring balance A by equal force in opposite direction.

This demonstrates Newton's third law that "to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction".
