We are given that the equations have infinitely many solutions
Therefore, a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2
Let us take
A1/A2 = B1/B2
Here A1=k-1
A2= k+1
B1=-1
B2=1-k
=>k-1/k+1=-1/1-k
By cross multiplying
=>k-1-k²+1 =-k-1
=>2k-k²-1_________1
Also b1/b2 =c1 /c2
=> - 1/1-k=-5/-(3k+1)
=> 3k+1=-5+5k
=> 6=2K
=>k = 3
You can solve both or only one...
