Breadth of cuboid=a
then according to question
Height will also be =a
volume of cuboid= Length*breadth*height=432cm³
12*a*a=432cm³ Therefore, a=6cm
it the cuboid is cut into 2 cubes then, sides will be 6cm
Then, lateral surface area of cube=4a²
therefore, 4*6²= 144cm²
