a)The ''questions'' are from an exam that the poet is writing.
b)The speaker is blaming himself as he does not know the answers to the questions of the exam , which he thought,was easy to answer. But cant even answer one of them.
c)In the last two lines the speaker is asking for marks ,at least for writing the date and time as instructed.
