The AM of remaining students is 42 . Reason: in the statement it is given that 30 students had got 42 AM but two of them had zero, so the AM remains the same. (I think so.. but if it is not then delete my answer ..I will not mind it...)Thanks!

average marks of 30 students = 42
$\frac{Total Marks}{30}=42 \\ Total marks =1260$

In both the cases, total marks remain the same
⇒$\frac{1260}{28}=45$
