angle 100 = angle d ( vertically opposite angles )

angle 100 = angle c ( corresponding angles)

angle c + angle a = 180 ( co- interior angles)

100+ angle a = 180

therefore, a = 80

angle 100 = angle b ( alternate interior angles)
