triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle
therefore it's base angles are equal i.e.,
<ABC=<ACD
now in triangle FCD and EDC
<B=<C. (base angle of isosceles )
<F=<E. (each 90°)
<FCB=<ECB. (by angle sum property)
then by AAA constancy
triangle FCD is congrant to triangle EDC
and by C.P.CT
side FB=EC
hence proved
