Weight = mass ☓ acc due to gravity
Weight on earth = mass ☓ g on earth
Now,
g on moon is 1/6 of g on earth
So weight on moon = 1/6 of weight on earth
Weight on moon = 1/6 ☓ 10 N
Weight on moon = 1.67 N
➡️ Note: g means acceleration due to gravity

Heya, mate
Here's your answer
Secondary SchoolPhysics15 points
Acceleration due to gravity on moon is 1/6 times that of earth.
So the weight of any object on moon will be 1/6th of the weight of the object on earth
The weight of object on earth = 10N
Weight on moon = 10/6 = 1.67 N
Hope it helped you
