the length and the breadth of the tricolour flag is in ratio of 3 is to 2
and it is given that the length is 18 metre
so it's quite natural that the common multiplying factor is 6 which is x 3 = 18
so the breath will be 2 x 6 equals to 12
so the area of the tricolour flag will be 18 X 12 = 216sq.m
as 3 colour band is in same ratio so each of them has thickness of 216/3 = 76
show the green band will be 76 M thick
I hope it will help you if so then please mark my answer as brain list
