(a)He would get hurt as there is an increase in momentum due to increase in velocity. Decreasing the momentum by increasing the time would not give the fielder much hurt... Because the momentum is directly proportional to the velocity.. And inversely proportional to time..

(b)if the person hit the concrete, velocity of person come into rest in very short time so he or she experience the greater force

but in cotton or sand the force are absorbed by sand or cotton So person eexperience force

(c)becausee of law of conservation of momentum

a person is hit harder when he falls on cement floor because it has a lot if force and if he falls on sand or cotton it has a lesser force
