Hey,
Since hydrogen atoms are balanced in both equations, they will be same in both acidic medium and basic medium.
So, I have balanced in acidic medium. since it is easy..
1st equation is incomplete..only Oxidation half reaction is given.

same eq.s in case of basic medium also..
hydrogens are balanced right..so it will be same in both acidic and basic medium
in basic medium oh- ions should be balanced
right
OH- ions are not there in eq..
you can check..
