SoluTion :-

Amount of money Raju has = Rs. 9000

Now,

Let the cost of mobile handset be x

According to the Question,

\sf {75 \% \ of \ x = 9000}\\\\\sf {\frac{75x}{100} = 9000}\\\\\sf {\frac{3x}{4} = 9000}\\\\\sf {x = \frac{4 \times 9000}{3}}\\\\\sf {x=12000}

Thus, cost of mobile handset = Rs. 12000

Now,

Raju had Rs. 9000 and he borrowed Rs. 2000

So, now he has 9000 + 2000 = Rs. 11000

Rs. 11000 is less than 12000

Thus, he still has less money.

Option (a) Raju still does not have enough amount to buy handset.
