here we have given that ABC is an isosceles triangle

AB = AC

AD perpendicular to BC

  1. prove that triangle ABC congruent to triangle ACD

solution __ in triangle ABD and triangle ACD

AB = AC (given)

angel ADB = angle ADC (each of 90 degree)

BD = DC (perpendicular bisector the side into two equal parts)

hence it is proved that triangle ABD is congruent to triangle ACD bye SAS rule

2. (b) is<B= <C

by by cpct we can say that<B = <C

3. is d is the midpoint of AB

yes d is the midpoint of ab because perpendicular always bisects the side into two equal half

so we can say that BD is equal to CD

I hope it will helpful for you please mark me as brain list.
