answer to my question plz it is urgent

• Using Pythagoras  theorem.We get,
• At the first building the distance between building to ladder =   √13²-12² = √169-144 = √25 = 5 cm
• Now ladder will not change ,

     Again distance between  ladder to second building = √13²-5²

                                                                                                = √169-25

                                                                                               = √144 = 12 cm

So,

•     Width of road = 5 cm + 12 cm = 17 cm.
