a)_Since 6.02 x 10^23 atoms of hydrogen weigh 1.01 grams, and 6.02 x 10^23 atoms of oxygen weigh 16.00 grams, the total mass of water per 6.02 x 10^23 molecules is18.02 grams. The average water is 18, the deuteroxide is 20, and the tritiated water is 22。 Atomic mass of water (with some rounding) is 18.

Atomic mass of hydrogen =1u
Atomic mass of Oxygen = 16 u
Molecular mass of h2o = 2x1+16 = 18u

Atomic mass of H=1u, N= 14 u , O= 16u soMolecular mass of HNO3 = 1+14+ (3x16) = 63u
