when the ball strike the ground change in momentum is m(v-u)
now let, when body is drooped from 20 m height
then when it touch ground its velocity is u
and when it bounce back it velocity is -u.
so v=√2gh
=√2*10*20 = √400 = 20
and u =√2gh =√2*10*5=√100=10
hence, change in momentum =1(20-(-10))=20+10=30.
