➡ The question says we need to add 34 tens that means the number will be at hundreds place and tens means zero because we haven't got the tens place number. By this explanation we will solve this problem.

➡ Here, 34 tens = 340 and 20 tens = 200

➡ Adding them will be= 340 + 200 = 540

So, the answer will be 540.

➡ The smallest two digit number is 10.

➡ The largest two digit number is 99.

➡ Sum = 10 + 99 = 109

Sum of smallest 2-digit and largest 2-digit number is 109.

➡ 3 hundreds and 5 ones = 305

➡ 4 hundreds 2 tens and 4 ones = 424

➡ 305 + 424 = 729

So, 305 + 424 = 729 .

a) 693 + 217 = 910

b) 495 + 305 = 800

➡ Number of men = 240
