meristamatic present at root and shoot and lateral sides of plant.

In animals hairs ,skin,etc,. will grow

Animals doesn't have any meristamatic tissues.

All cells continue to divide

But after adolescence completion the cells divide only in case of injuries and requirement.

Every cell in our body is replaced for every 6-7 days.whereas brain cells be replaced for every 11 years and RBC for every 120 days and etc,.
