Antartica is said to be both a continent and country. If it is a continent name the countries in it and if it is a country name the states in it.

Antarctica is geographically both a country and a continent but there are no states or countries as such. But it does have claimed territories up to a certain limit by different countries such as the UK, New Zealand, France, Norway, etc.
