Anti-Federalists were people those who opposed ratification of the constitution.

Even they had an impressive set of leaders doing good in state politics even though they are less organized than the federalist.

They believed that the greatest threat to the united sates in future lies when it becomes potential to corrupt and seize power by dominate the people. Those kind of threats were viewed as a part of political life.
