The use of micropipettes and microwell plates makes easier the broth microdilution method. This method has been used to determine Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of plant extracts. MIC is known as the lowest concentration that keeps or reduces the viability of the inoculum after 24h in contact.
