Despite calling the conspirators butchers , Antony is meek and gentle with them as he is loyal to Ceaser and realised that he in order to take revenge with the conspirators he should pretend to be one among them or he might not be able to take Ceaser revenge.he also realises that the only way to get the public to mutiny would be by addressing them on Ceasers funeral and make the crowd aware about Ceaser goodness and the conspiracy against him and for that he needed permission from the senators and if the senators come to know about his plan they would prevent him from taking revenge by any means so he did so.
