The sight of Ceasar's dead body fills Antony's mind with utter grief and disbelief. He pays a tribute to Ceasar by giving an enlightening speech that prsuaded the audience completely after Brutus' speech. He dams the murderers although it seemed that he was paying respect. He points out various facts that quite clearly portray the fact that Ceasar was wrongly accused of being over-ambitious. Ceasar brought many captives home, wept at the sorrow of the poor and thrice declined the crown to the kingdom offered by Antony. When Antony delivered this speech, his words melted with those of Ceasar's to raise the masses against the injustice of the assassination.
