Anu has written one paragraph about the meeting held in her Centre but she knew that her senior it does not have much time to read through it so she decided to format the paragraph using Bulleted and number list write the steps for the above text formatting 40 to 60 words

. first make a box with 12 lines
. divide the box into 5 columns
. then Mark the important points from the passage and write into the box
. then at end in the right side in a bracket write (60 words)
.and if u want to specific the topic and reason for it u can write it.
