Shubras income is 25% more than that of Anubha

Let say shubra income is 100 Rs per month

That means anubha's income is 100-20 (20% less) = 80 Rs (80%)

Hence, Shubra will earn 20 Rs more than anubha total income of 80%

20 Rs of 80 Rs becomes 25%

Given :

Anubha's income is 20% less than that of Shubra

To Find :

the percent shubras income more than anubha's is

Solution:

Let Shubra's income be x

Anubha's income is 20% less than that of Shubra

Anubha's income = x-20\%x=0.8x

So, Difference in incomes = x-0.8x=0.2x

So,The percent shubras income more than anubha's =\frac{0.2x}{0.8x} \times 100 =25\%

Hence shubras income is 25% more than anubha's income
