Answer: The correct answer is Fasciola.

Fasciola is a genus found under the phylum Platyhelminthes (flatworms). All the important parasite species are present under this genus. The species which are present in this genus are commonly called as liver flukes. Anus is absent in fasciola as the alimentary canal consists of a single opening called mouth.  As there is no anus, therefore gut is also called blind gut. Due to this, the waste material is released by mouth only.

On the other hand Pheretima , Periplaneta , and Unio have both mouth as well as anus.
