Anushka bought 400 g of almonds at Rs. 1200 per kg. If the rate of GST is 5 percent, then find the amount paid by Anushka.

Price of 1kg or 1000 gm almonds = 1200

So price of 400 gm almonds will be

= 1200/1000 × 400 = 480

Now on 480 rupees GST is 5% , that will be

= 480 × 5/100 = 24

So tatal price of almonds

= 480 + 24 = 504

Total Price of Almond = Rs 504
