Condition 1)

x + y = 11....... 1

Condition 2.)

y = 2 + 2x.........2

Putting the value of y in equation 1

x + 2 + 2x = 11

3x + 2 = 11

3x = 11-2

3x = 9

x = 9/3

x = 3

Putting the value of x in equation 2

y = 2 + 2(3)

= 2 + 6

y = 8

Therefore the no. is

10(3) + (8)

= 30 + 8

= 38
