Ur answer......
Socialism communism is an advanced post-capitalist society. A real social revolution and not a rearrangement of distribution to produce a 'fairer' result with the the continuation of private, corporate or state ownership and direction of resources while retaining waged slavery with its inevitable reproduction of exploitation at the point of production, continuing therefore, capitalism's twin concomitants of poverty relative or absolute as a consequence of waged slaves producing surplus value which accrues to elites and war , by deed or proxy, caused by competition between rival parasitic elites, over markets, trade routes, raw materials and spheres of geopolitical advantage.
1. It has to be the conscious, educated, politically mature, social revolutionary choice and actions of the immense majority which brings it into fruition and not some minority led, power grabbing political putsch.
2. Common ownership (not state, private or corporate ownership) and delegatory democratic control by all exercised locally, regionally globally, using recallable delegation where specialisation may be required (not representative democracy) over all the means and instruments for creating and dstributing wealth. (Land, factories distribution networks etc)
3. Production for use of all, by the free, self determined labour, choice of the producers, (not coerced, waged or quota rationed labour). Production is of utilities for use (not commodities for sale) utilising the technologies developed by present day society, to their fullest capacity, allied to the developed informational technologies, brought over from capitalism, to provide, local regional and global, feedback loops for stock control, resource information and real time demand based upon human needs.
4. Free self determined access, to all of the wealth produced.
"From each according to their abliites, to each according to their needs"
