Evaporation usually occurs on the surface. Evaporation may occur when the partial pressure of vapor of a substance is less than the equilibrium vapour pressure. Boiling is a phase transition from the liquid phase to gas phase that occurs at or above theboiling temperature.

Evaporation-1)It takes place at all temperatures
2)It is a slow process
3)It produces Cooling
4)It takes place from the surface of the liquid
Boiling-1)It takes place at a fixed temperature
2)It is a rapid process
3)It does not produce cooling
4)It takes place throughout the mass if liquid
These are the four difference that I new but I think you may take help from someone else for the last once or the best to do is to prefer a good book
