(i) plant cells are usually larger in size.

(ii) plant cells have cell walls which is made up of cellulose.

(iii) vacuoles are few but larger in size.

(iv) plant cells usually have a definite shape.

ANIMAL CELL :--

(i) animal cells are usually smaller than plant cells.

(ii) cell wall is absent in plant cellaround the cell membrane.
