b. State funding of political parties must be done to meet their election expenditure.
c. The accounts must be made available to public.
d. Parties must come under the arm of Right to information to increase transparency in the system.
e. Common people must be encouraged to give donations to parties and such citizens must be exempted from income tax.

1)A law should be made to regulate the internal affairs of a party. There should be organisational meeting regularly so that the ordinary members of the party are aware about the ongoings.
2) Parties should keep a record of their members.
3)Parties should follow its own constitution, and have authorities to act as judges, in case there is any sort of disputes inside the party.
4) A minimum number of tickets (about one - third) should be given to the women candidates of the party.
5)There should be state funding of elections. The Government should provide a certain sum of money for elections. This money can be used for basic needs such as petrol, travel and associated needs.
