Answer :- Any block in a digital circuit can be described hierarchically until a level of simplicity that allows its synthesis using a predefined catalog of components is achieved.

Above statement is TRUE.

Digital circuits are usually described in hierarchically fashion. Top level represents the entire system. Then define several sub-systems which define the top level system. Sub-sections are then refined to individual circuits connected together. Every element in the hierarchy as defined inputs, outputs and behavior. In this way, blocks are defined top to bottom. System however is build from bottom to top.

Any block in a digital circuit can be described hierarchically until a level of simplicity that allows its synthesis using a predefined catalog of components is achieved.

How are the chains blocks together is the key elements of the blockchain?

The hash will change—breaking the validation process If information from a parent or source chain changes.

A proof must be supplied at the creation of the block.

This proof shows that some resource was expended to create the block.

A CPU-intensive algorithm that requires a solution at all step of the blockchain. There are no known mathematical shortcuts.

One can validate that the longest chain required the most validation and hence and is the most trustworthy.

Breaking of this longest chained block is almost impossible as it requires a huge resource.
