any difference between melting and freezing point

the (Temperature or)point at which solid starts melting is called melting point
the Temperature at which the liquid starts freezing is called freezing point

Well,there is huge difference.

Melting point is the temperature when the solid turns or melts into liquid and freezing point is temperature when the liquid becomes solid.The best example is ice it melts on room temperature and freezes on 0'C.
