Potential resources - These are those resources which are present in the environment to satisfy human needs, but humans themselves don't have adequate technologies to use them. Example : uranium deposits of Ladakh.
Developed resources - These resources have been properly measured in terms of quantity and quality for utilization. However the development of such resources depends on feasibility too. Examples : Minerals,resources used in food articles,conventional energy resources,cattle,etc.
