1.the city has many leading educational institutions like the indian institute of science,indian space research organization, engineering college and technical universities.
2.secondly,it has a cooler climate and pollution free environment.
3.bengaluru is highly accessible by means of roads and railways.
4.the city also has a large number if skilled and experienced managers and executive.
5.the government of karnataka was the first ti. sanction the establishment of the information technology industry.
