Roots hold the plant firmly and absorb water from underground. They also prevent soil erosion. Leaves are known as the food factory of the plant, they make food for the plant by the process of photosynthesis. Stem takes the water from the roots and transports it to the leaves and finally it sends food to different parts of the plant.
