    [([\frac{1}{7^2}]^-^2)^-^\frac{1}{3} ]^\frac{1}{4} =7^m

We know that,

    (a^m)^n=a^m^*^n

We can use it here,

∴  [\frac{1}{7^2}]^-^2^*^-^\frac{1}{3} ^*^\frac{1}{4} =7^m

    [7]^-^2}^*^\frac{1}{3} ^*^\frac{1}{2} =7^m

    [7]^-^\frac{1}{3}  =7^m

 ∴ m=-\frac{1}{3}
