Perimeter of the boundary= πr+2r = 22/7×35+ 2×35= 180m

So in 10 minutes, =(10/60)×360= 60°

boundary=πr+2r=22/7.35+35.2=110+70=180m
2)you didn't give angle.
3)in 60 mins it covers 360°
so in 10 it will cover 360/60*10=60°

without giving the angle or area u can't calculate the length
the angle must be given. you can see urself if angle is 90° then ark will be smaller if central angle is 120° the arc will be larger

If there is angle, then u can apply this simple formula, angle=arc length/radius
where angle is in radian
